This is an on-site retail store position requiring presence in AT&T retail stores, including during evening and weekend hours.
Required qualifications include excellent communication and leadership skills, three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry, prior management experience, well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems, and the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.
Strong candidates have prior management experience, 3+ years in sales/customer service in telecom or related fields, excellent leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with wireless industry trends and AT&T systems. Experience meeting sales goals and coaching teams is key to success.
