Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the team to drive sales, enhance customer service, and foster growth

Manage recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of store employees to meet company goals
Oversee store systems including inventory management, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and day-to-day operations to drive profitability
Maintain store organization, manage product displays, and restock shelves
Drive revenue growth through sales management strategies and set performance expectations for individual and store goals
Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve in-store issues and ensure smooth customer experience
