  • Enrolled as a full or part-time student in a college or university working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree, expecting to receive degree between May 2026 and May 2027
  • Desired majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business, or other related studies
  • Available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment such as retail, food service, hospitality, etc
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience highly desired
  • Must be interested in pursuing a career in retail store management

Responsibilities

  • Manage a retail team and work directly with customers
  • Gain insights into daily store operations
  • Network with retail leaders and participate in field travel days, developmental workshops, and networking opportunities
  • Learn to manage and motivate a store team, understand staffing best practices, and colleague development
  • Develop business plans and work on an impactful project tackling an opportunity or area of improvement at the store location
  • Actively engage throughout the day by walking the store, interacting with customers and team members, especially on nights and weekends
