Requirements

Enrolled as a full or part-time student in a college or university working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree, expecting to receive degree between May 2026 and May 2027
Desired majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business, or other related studies
Available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment such as retail, food service, hospitality, etc
Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience highly desired
Must be interested in pursuing a career in retail store management

Responsibilities

Manage a retail team hands-on
Work directly with customers
Gain insights into daily operations
Network with seasoned retail leaders and gain exposure through field travel days, developmental workshops, and networking opportunities
Learn to manage and motivate a store team, understand staffing best practices, and colleague development
Develop business plans
Work on an impactful project tackling an opportunity or area of improvement at the specific store location
Be actively engaged: walking the store, interacting with customers and team members, especially on nights and weekends
