Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve sales goals by utilizing tools to serve customers on their terms
  • Enhance skills in building an appointment-based business and be available for appointments booked through BLVD to create new customer connections
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise, and invite them to upcoming events
  • Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit as a fashion authority
  • Develop selling skills by serving customers throughout the entire store at all price points
  • Grow relationships by introducing customers to the Nordy Club and inviting them to take advantage of program benefits
  • Perform floor coverage, department duties, and responsibilities (e.g., dusting, filling in the floor, maintaining section) when not in appointments
  • Be flexible to occasionally perform work/duties in other departments based on business needs
