Responsibilities

The Sales Floor Leader will consistently create a welcoming environment for customers by greeting, assisting, and selling, provide a strong leadership presence and control on the sales floor, ensuring all customers receive exceptional service, manage day-to-day store operations on the sales floor, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management, achieve sales targets and maximize profitability through effective selling and merchandising, partner with store support teams to increase sales, promote merchandise categories, and expand markets, support the Store Manager in managing store expenses and budgets, utilize company tools to diagnose opportunities and develop action plans to improve store performance, monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory management activities, support the store manager in training store staff, including providing feedback and input on performance evaluations, ensure all pricing, signage, and displays are correct, receive regular vendor deliveries and stock the sales floor, control inventory stock levels and reorder as necessary within budget, enforce all company policies and procedures, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
