Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, you will utilize a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product options, meet sales targets and earn commissions, fulfill online orders, make outbound calls, participate in community events, and work a flexible schedule including weekends. You will also provide personalized service and support to customers while adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.”} 20.98 - $22.98 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.”} 2 weeks of PTO after the first year.
