Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage each customer entering the store to determine their shopping needs; direct them to the appropriate area of the store based on their needs
  • Stay actively engaged at the front entrance and provide direction for customers and communication to store associates and management
  • Reverse greet all customers exiting the store and thank them for their business
  • Report all suspicious behaviors to the Head Coach
  • Monitor front end inventories and assist customers with front end product
  • Respond to EAS alarms
  • Initiate theft mitigation strategies as needed
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures
  • Maintains confidentiality of all Company information
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect
  • Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
