Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in graphic design, architecture design, industrial design, environmental design, or related field

  • Knowledgeable of trends in color, design, art, manufacturing development, and architecture – and the ability to utilize them in an on-brand way
  • Collaborative, but also capable
  • 5+ years experience leading creative execution or conception for consumer brands in retail environments
  • Expert knowledge on creative graphic output for print production
  • Proficiency in computer design tools (SketchUp, Rhino, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong portfolio of work that clearly showcases specific involvement and abilities
  • Ability to travel globally 10-20% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Develop retail toolkits and tactics that inform and guide global partners
  • Support internal and external design partners in production design
  • Present and communicate ideas with excellent visualization (graphics, styling, mockups, and animation) to colleagues and executives
  • Develop strategic solutions on a global scale that ensure continuity and innovative ways to elevate brand presence in environments
  • Own the concept, progression, and output of seasonal retail and graphics, ensuring timelines and creative needs are met
  • Collaborate with team, providing clear communication and insight into challenges, opportunities, and achievements
  • Progress creative concepts through hands-on development of spatial design, fixtures, print, and graphic production in collaboration with Marketing, Design, and Innovation teams
