  • Deal with management issues including disciplinaries, grievances, rota planning, and holidays
  • Contribute to store management across different store formats as part of Asda's growth ambitions
  • Work collaboratively in a values-led organisation, valuing openness, honesty, creativity, and individual empowerment
  • After 2 years, prepare to transition to operations manager in a large store or manager of an express store
