Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • 2+ years of retail, merchandising, or marketing experience (building and implementing strategies)
  • Small-Large Fleet, vertical retail experience
  • Strong understanding of the sport consumer, shopping behaviors, retail journeys and retail trends
  • Passion for product and storytelling
  • Dedication to details and creative mindset
  • Track record of implementing a test and learn offense
  • Passion for business and data, and how those inform plans
  • Ability to fail forward
  • Strong written, verbal, visual communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with good organizational skills
  • Pro-active problem solver, with an ability to assess an issue and develop action steps for resolution

Responsibilities

  • Execute playbooks & directives for 365 Retail Experience and Always On (FW & Apparel)
  • Support the team in new store opening & remodel strategies and Omnichannel experiences
  • Partner closely with Retail Brand and Visual Merchandising team in building Always On directive across concepts
  • Ensure that the Retail Experience strategies land with impact through playbook extension from Global
  • Play supporting role in adapting & driving long term strategy on Channel Experience and Omnichannel Experience for the fleet
  • Champion retail experience function in GEO across Inline & Value fleet
  • Drive retail marketing strategies for retail concepts, signature services, 365 experience and consumer journey across Inline and Value
  • Obsess over consumer insights, understand shopping behaviors (O2O) and consumer journeys in store
  • Build product innovation stories and experiences to drive demand and impact across the marketplace
  • Elevate Brand Standards and improve in-store storytelling to connect with consumers, deliver experiential experiences and drive sales
