Requirements

  • 5+ years of retail development and project management experience on retail projects; international experience preferred
  • Understanding of retail layout principles, fixture planning, and store design with 2D floorplans and 3D renderings
  • Strong use of AutoCad, SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3D modeling/rendering tools
  • Applied experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience in working with, managing, and negotiating with distributors
  • International experience preferred
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communicator acting as central point of contact across global teams
  • Focused on collaboration with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and regional partners across time zones and cultures
  • Problem solver able to navigate challenges, resolve issues, and adapt processes
  • Proactive, comfortable leading meetings, driving projects, and implementing process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Lead retail development by managing end-to-end project briefs, timelines, and design for new retail locations across international distributor regions
  • Own retail process by developing and implementing systems that enhance collaboration and accountability among internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support strategic retail growth by leading retail projects that elevate the brand, drive revenue, and align with marketing and merchandising goals
  • Manage retail design by guiding, developing, and providing feedback on 2D floorplans and 3D space designs
  • Support retail operations by leading quarterly audits, maintaining mapping tools like Sitewise, tracking regional retail performance, approving local fixture production, and managing legal agreements for retail development
  • Act as the main point of contact for all international retail inquiries and ensure alignment across internal teams and regional retail partners
  • Oversee the implementation and updates of new and current retail concepts, ensuring brand consistency and meeting regional expectations
  • Maintain strong partnerships with internal retail teams and external vendors in Portland, China, and Geneva to ensure accurate production and delivery of retail fixtures
