Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients on industry standards and best practices for full Workday implementation, including HCM and Financials security configuration
Propose functional solutions tailored to client needs and objectives, applying Workday and Accenture methodologies
Implement, with client and functional teams, a comprehensive security solution based on experience, industry best practices, and adapted to client needs and operational model
Lead workshops and discussions on Workday security topics
Manage your scope autonomously while ensuring progress tracking and reporting
Coordinate different teams and ensure effective communication with the client and other stakeholders
Actively support innovation by creating new methods and reference assets in the sector
