Responsibilities
- Define and drive Shakepay’s product growth strategy, focusing on key levers: acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
- Translate insights and analyses into compelling narratives to align technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to design growth loops, seamless onboarding experiences, and features that create lasting habits.
- Partner with the marketing team to align product growth initiatives with retention, acquisition, and community engagement campaigns.
- Leverage data and research to inform product decisions.
