Responsibilities

  • Deliver memorable and personalized customer service experiences, building connections with the Mejuri brand and exceeding client expectations
  • Expertly execute and coach others on sales programs
  • Assist the team in implementing customer-focused campaigns and business relationship development
  • Ensure all key performance indicators are continuously met, driving outstanding results for team and individual goals
  • Maintain operational processes that positively impact sales, reduce expenses, and grow business
  • Support store management in ideation and development of new sales opportunities to generate traffic and client connections
  • Develop business through client profiling, new client acquisition, and strengthening existing client relationships
  • Manage sales floor operations, coach the sales team, and provide real-time feedback
  • Provide critical insights and daily recommendations
  • Support all operational workflows and adherence to standard operating procedures, including store opening/closing, merchandise management, sales floor management, staff management, and meeting all business requirements daily
  • Handle all transaction types (purchases, returns, exchanges, phone sales, online pickups/returns) while exceeding expectations
  • Manage inventory tasks such as shipping/receiving and stock transfers
  • Collaborate with store management to identify opportunities for improving daily store operations (systems, tools, procedures)
  • Ensure physical store maintenance
