Responsibilities

Closely monitor KPIs by boosting the team to achieve daily commercial objectives; provide visibility on store health and propose action plans to perform better

Ensure compliance with operational procedures (stocks, cash registers, merchandising, store maintenance)
Manage daily back-office tasks (scheduling, HR management, recruitment) and budget dashboards
