- At least one year of experience in managing an intermediate-sized team (3 to 8 collaborators)
- Perfect mastery of KPIs (IV, TT, PM, omnicanal) and the levers to dynamize them daily

Responsibilities
- Act as the strong link between the Store Manager and sales teams
- Manage the sales floor by continuously improving customer experience and service through personalized and unifying coaching
- Animate daily briefs and boost team motivation
- Pilot KPIs (IV, TT, PM, omnicanal) and support the achievement of commercial objectives
- Propose corrective action plans to improve collective and individual performance
- Unite the team by developing skills and autonomy
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures by teams (stocks, cash registers, merchandising, store maintenance) and guarantee an unforgettable customer experience
