Experience of at least 5 years in Accounting, in a firm and/or internally with experience in general accounting

Responsibilities

Accompany, manage, and develop the Accounting team (accounts payable, receivable, and general accounting)
Ensure task and responsibility distribution within the team
Plan and supervise the preparation of financial statements and tax declarations
Supervise and ensure accuracy of daily accounting activities: outgoing and incoming invoice flows, fixed assets, social and tax declarations, bank reconciliations
Assist the accounting firm in producing Skello's financial statements, current and annual tax declarations
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with the FP&A team
Manage the statutory audit on the company side and the relationship with statutory auditors (CAC)
Ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards, as well as internal control procedures
Manage accounting and cross-functional projects, especially those involving accounting evolution and internalization
Participate in continuous improvement of procedures and tools, particularly linked to international development
Participate in determining accounting revenue and reconciling it with commercial data
Monitor cash movements between bank accounts and legal entities
Manage and maintain the Finance team's internal tools (Regate, Qonto, banks, accounting software) and access rights policy
