Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Surefox and its clients
  • Provide physical security of assigned clients at their residence
  • Perform all duties in accordance with client policies and procedures and state & federal regulations
  • Respond to emergency events
  • Handle medical & non-medical issues
  • Detect incidents and perform observation
  • Conduct physical security, overwatch, and reconnaissance
  • Address staffing deficiencies
  • Handle client requests in a timely manner
  • Develop relationships with clients
  • Facilitate collaboration
  • Track and report on program performance assurance and compliance requirements
  • Manage/monitor surveillance equipment and access points
  • Maintain a log of all activity occurring at the residence
  • Screen all incoming mail
  • Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot and/or by vehicle
  • Monitor access
  • Observe departing personnel
  • Contact the police or fire department in emergency situations
  • Permit authorized persons to enter property
