Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between Surefox and its clients
Provide physical security of assigned clients at their residence
Perform all duties in accordance with client policies and procedures and state & federal regulations
Respond to emergency events
Handle medical & non-medical issues
Detect incidents and perform observation
Conduct physical security, overwatch, and reconnaissance
Address staffing deficiencies
Handle client requests in a timely manner
Develop relationships with clients
Facilitate collaboration
Track and report on program performance assurance and compliance requirements
Manage/monitor surveillance equipment and access points
Maintain a log of all activity occurring at the residence
Screen all incoming mail
Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot and/or by vehicle
Monitor access
Observe departing personnel
Contact the police or fire department in emergency situations
Permit authorized persons to enter property
