Requirements

3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance
At least 1 year of crew leader experience
Ability to take directions and receive feedback from supervisor
Valid driver’s license
Bilingual in English & Spanish
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Able to walk through maintenance accounts, through all types of terrain
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel & dig
Able to drive company assigned vehicle and trailer
Candidate must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

Leading a crew of 1-2 crew members in mowing, blowing, weeding, and general cleanup of residential properties
Plantings, trimming, and other small landscape projects
Operate and maintain care of leaf blower, lawn mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, and other equipment
