Responsibilities

The Resident Chef will model and direct employees to ensure customer service standards are met, deliver and hold employees accountable for an exceptional cooking class experience, create an environment where employees are informed and capable through training, manage the complete operations of the kitchen including storage, prep, and service procedures, delegate tasks appropriately and hold team accountable, represent the culinary program in the community by building relationships and developing new content, proactively monitor and manage staffing levels, provide coaching and performance feedback, and seek opportunities to increase cooking class and retail sales.
