A minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or research collaborations is required, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or academic research. Strong understanding of healthcare data and medical research processes is essential, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should be able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and have experience with CRM and SDR tools.
The Research Partnership Manager will identify, initiate, and establish new partnerships and collaborations. They will support research initiatives by ensuring that partner needs are integrated into SDSC’s data science and technology roadmap. The role involves working closely with internal teams to align technical capabilities with partnership goals, conceiving and launching co-marketing initiatives, and monitoring and evaluating partnership success while providing recommendations for improvement.
