Durchführung von Workshops, Interviews und Abstimmungen mit Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern
Erstellung und Pflege von Anforderungsspezifikationen
Sicherstellung der Nachvollziehbarkeit (Traceability) von Anforderungen über den gesamten Projektverlauf
Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen
Qualitätssicherung der Anforderungen hinsichtlich Vollständigkeit, Konsistenz und Testbarkeit
