  • Profesionales de la salud (Médicos, Enfermeras, Químicos Farmacéuticos, etc.) con pasión por los pacientes e interés en áreas comerciales y de negocio
  • Habilidades para el análisis e interpretación de datos y toma de decisiones basadas en información
  • Conocimiento profundo del Sistema de Salud colombiano (EPS, IPSs, cadena de distribución, estadios de enfermedades, protocolos y guías de tratamiento)
  • Flexibilidad, adaptación al cambio, actitud ganadora y deseos de desarrollarse en el sector corporativo enfocado en mejorar la vida de los pacientes
  • Deseable: Nivel de Inglés intermedio y alta comprensión de literatura científica en inglés
  • Deseable: Experiencia comercial o en la industria farmacéutica

Responsibilities

  • Conocer a profundidad las bases científicas de los medicamentos innovadores y divulgarlas constantemente con especialistas (Endocrinos, cardiólogos, diabetólogos, internistas, nefrólogos y otros) para beneficiar a los pacientes
  • Implementar la estrategia de mercadeo y lograr impacto en clientes clave a través de estrategia multicanal
  • Identificar y direccionar barreras clínicas, administrativas y económicas que dificulten la prescripción o acceso de pacientes a tratamientos
  • Construir y establecer relaciones de alta calidad con stakeholders de las instituciones a cargo
  • Priorizar oportunidades del territorio, elaborar planes de acción y asegurar su implementación para alcanzar objetivos
  • Conocer y cumplir procesos, políticas y procedimientos de Lilly para mantener altos estándares de cumplimiento y ética
