The Sales Representative will generate demand by securing prescriptions and ensuring product availability in pharmacies to meet annual sales targets for assigned therapeutic areas. This role involves developing and maintaining a productive physician targeting system, adhering to required visit frequencies for physicians and pharmacies, and positioning products effectively. Responsibilities include managing and controlling resources, particularly medical samples, and engaging in continuous self-learning and training on product knowledge, sales skills, and medical topics. The representative must meet medical visit objectives (KPIs), including full file coverage, 95% visit frequency, and accurate client assessment for file management. Comprehensive training and certification on all Gynecology brands, especially new product indications like IVF, will be provided.
