Experience in territory planning and productivity indicators is required, along with a preferred minimum of 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including experience with basic formularies, regional accounts, and regional pharmacy chains. Availability for local travel is also necessary.
The Sales Representative will achieve sales quotas for promoted products, drive market growth and share, and maintain required visit frequencies to physicians and pharmacies. Responsibilities include accurate targeting of physicians, positioning products in physicians' minds, ensuring adequate stock in pharmacies, managing and controlling resources (especially medical samples), and undertaking self-learning and training on brands and medical topics. The role also involves meeting medical visit objectives (KPIs), ensuring full coverage and appropriate valuation of the physician database, and preparing for comprehensive training on all Gynecology brands, particularly certification for a new IVF indication. The Sales Representative will report directly to the District Manager.
