Requirements

  • Licenciatura concluida, titulado
  • Experiencia de 3 años previa como representante de ventas dentro de la industria farmacéutica, específicamente en oncología
  • Experiencia en lanzamientos de productos de alta especialidad como oncología y enfermedades raras
  • Experiencia en generación de pacientes específicos en instituciones públicas, conocimiento de procesos de acceso, compra institucional y manejo de mercado privado (bancos, aseguradoras y centro de infusión)
  • Disponibilidad para viajar
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office, CRM y auditorías (INEFAM, IQVIA)
  • Capacidad analítica, relacionamiento, sentido de colaboración y enfoque en los pacientes
  • Conocimiento en procesos de compra e inclusión de productos
  • Conocimiento en la Ley de Adquisiciones
  • Inglés Intermedio

Responsibilities

  • Identificar y priorizar clientes de alto potencial mediante análisis de datos
  • Gestión de cuentas clave en oncología en los mercados privado y de gobierno
  • Desarrollo de relaciones sólidas con líderes de opinión
  • Colaborar en el acceso y reembolso de nuestros productos para el mercado privado y de gobierno
  • Promover los beneficios de nuestras marcas a través de relaciones estratégicas
  • Inclusión de productos en hospitales públicos y privados
  • Elaborar, implementar y dar seguimiento a los planes de acción de los hospitales bajo su responsabilidad
  • Cumplir con los objetivos de venta en el territorio asignado
  • Implementar la visita médica alineada a nuestra estrategia comercial
  • Búsqueda de oportunidades de negocio en los mercados privado y de gobierno
  • Ofrecer soluciones de valor para los stakeholders y los equipos involucrados en el cuidado del paciente oncológico
