Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, and automation, preferably within a finance background. Technical proficiency includes advanced Excel with VBA/Macros, SQL, SAP Reporting, Power Query, Power BI (DAX queries), and PowerPoint. A strong understanding of database concepts, data quality, and data integrity is essential, along with excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. Exposure to data analytics, data science concepts, and generative AI usage is preferred.
The Reporting Specialist will manage scheduled and ad-hoc reporting for Finance Operations towers, including P2P, O2C, and R2R. They will create Power BI dashboards to improve reporting and generate data insights. The role involves leading automation initiatives for data source and transformation processes, collaborating with finance process leads and cross-functional teams to identify and implement optimization opportunities, and working closely with IT to ensure successful transformation and automation projects.
