Responsibilities

The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for completing all required client reporting based on service line agreements, fulfilling other metric and reporting requirements, accepting and completing ad hoc reporting requests, creating and maintaining billing templates, developing audit processes for monthly billing reconciliation, providing consultative information to client services teams, analyzing dashboards on a weekly basis and providing key findings, monitoring trends and making recommendations, and establishing documented reporting policies to meet reporting and business goals.
