Responsibilities

Understand the business unit and area's goals, strategies, and tactics; formulate and execute personal plans after manager approval
Identify issues and causes in own work, develop and implement solutions
Introduce new methods in addition to existing ones to meet customer (facility) requirements and resolve issues
Participate in projects with team members, headquarters, and related departments
Use internal tools to report and consult with manager as needed
Possess necessary knowledge in specialized areas at a sufficient level

Support manager in guiding and developing team members for efficient operations
Train mid-career hires as a trainer on sales basics (workflows, study sessions, presentation checks, PC operations, procedures, etc.)
