Responsibilities

  • Understand the business unit and area's goals, strategies, and tactics; formulate and execute personal plans after manager approval
  • Identify issues and causes in own work, develop and implement solutions
  • Introduce new methods in addition to existing ones to meet customer (facility) requirements and resolve issues
  • Participate in projects with team members, headquarters, and related departments

  • Support manager in guiding and developing team members for efficient operations

  • Cooperate in solving team's business problems
  • Build good communication and trust with internal stakeholders for efficient work
