They should also have experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, and a demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, curious, and solution-focused, with the willingness to learn technical concepts.
The Renewals Manager will oversee the entire renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring high retention rates and identifying opportunities for expansion, working closely with sales, customer success, and support teams to maintain a seamless customer experience and upsell opportunities. This role involves analyzing customer data to develop tailored renewal strategies, negotiating contract terms, maintaining accurate customer data in Salesforce, and proactively flagging at-risk accounts on a weekly basis.
