Candidates must have a proven track record in a quota-carrying role, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A technical aptitude, comfort with objections and negotiations, excellent time management, and prior experience in SaaS or cybersecurity sales are essential. A background in Customer Success/Service, experience with CRM solutions like Salesforce, and at least 2 years of consulting or account management experience, particularly in cybersecurity, are required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is also necessary, along with the ability to work US business hours.
The Renewals Account Manager will manage the contract renewal cycle, provide quotes to channel partners, ensure quote delivery to end customers, and consult with partners and customers to address questions. They will manage the renewal process through booking, communicate the value of CrowdStrike products to drive license and revenue growth, and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
