High school graduation or equivalency
Previous call center experience preferred
Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, advanced computer navigation using multiple programs at one time
Driven by customer service, demonstrating active listening and offering meaningful solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic guest service environment
Proven record of making logical decisions, problem solving, resourcefulness, multitasking, and expediency
Previous ski industry experience helpful
