Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, and experience with systems such as CentralReach, ClickUp, or Brillium are advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, is also necessary.
The role involves providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to healthcare and billing teams, performing accurate data entry, and maintaining internal records. Responsibilities include communicating effectively with internal teams, tracking claims and authorizations, and managing workflows using platforms like HubSpot, CentralReach, ClickUp, and Brillium. The administrator will also prepare reports using Excel and Outlook, identify and resolve process inefficiencies, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry procedures.
