Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 3-5 years of experience in leave of absence and accommodations administration, demonstrating a strong understanding of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA, ADA, and state-specific regulations. Responsibilities

The Leave of Absence and Accommodations Analyst will manage and track employee leave and accommodation cases, including FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leave laws, using HR systems and software, assist in the leave administration process, communicate with employees and stakeholders regarding leave requests and accommodations, collaborate with HR and management to resolve complex issues, advise on leave laws and their interaction with other benefits, facilitate the return-to-work process, maintain compliance with legal requirements, provide training and guidance, and analyze data to identify areas for process improvements.
