Position Overview
Brafton, a leading global content marketing firm with offices in Boston, London, and Sydney, is seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and creative Digital Experience Specialist. This is a remote, full-time contract position open to candidates across Canada. You will join our UX & Brand Experience team and play a key role in helping clients create goal-driven, user-centric websites that align with brand identity and drive measurable results. This role is instrumental in guiding website redesign projects from research and analysis through to content structuring, page building, and testing, while also contributing to broader UX, market research, and brand consultancy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Website Redesign & Optimization
- Analyze website performance metrics to inform strategic recommendations.
- Lead content audits and create Keep-Update-Delete reports.
- Develop intuitive navigation structures and information architecture.
- Design and build website content using platforms such as WordPress (Elementor), HubSpot, Webflow, and others.
- Provide UX and CRO-focused feedback on wireframes and visual designs.
- Ensure alignment with client brand messaging and visual identity.
- Co-lead the project delivery process alongside a Project Manager.
- Contribute to user journey mapping and documentation.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews of built pages to ensure content accuracy, design consistency, and functional integrity across devices and browsers.
- Propose and implement A/B and multivariate tests to support continuous improvement.
Brand and UX Consultancy
- Conduct qualitative research, including stakeholder interviews and persona development.
- Conduct information architecture (IA) and UX audits, including heuristic evaluations and gap analysis.
- Support brand messaging strategy and product positioning.
- Collaborate on naming, copy tone, and style guidance deliverables.
- Analyze digital properties such as YouTube channels for branding, UX, and conversion opportunities.
Essential Functions & Success Factors
- Deliver high-quality, on-spec work within established deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Collaborate across departments including design, development, content, and SEO.
- Track project progress in internal project management tools.
- Review and edit deliverables from colleagues as part of peer-review workflows.
- Maintain alignment with client goals and internal quality standards.
- Assist with formatting, information synthesis, and reporting as needed.
Additional Responsibilities (May Include)
- Exploring and developing new service offerings, with the support of managers and senior colleagues.
- Gaining insights into industry trends and standards around data analysis and reporting, lead generation, design best practice, and content marketing.
- Collaborating with senior members of staff to develop strong in-house knowledge stores, policies, and processes.
- Working closely with Brafton's development team, CMS, production teams, and other departments toward the timely and successful completion of tasks.

- Stay current with industry trends in UX, data analysis, and content strategy.
- Help build knowledge libraries, templates, and best practice documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in UX, web design, digital strategy, or content.
