Requirements

Responsibilities

The Construction Estimator will analyze architectural and engineered drawings to create precise material estimates, including lumber, siding, trim, and hardware. They will prepare and submit competitive proposals to secure projects. The role involves collaborating with project managers and field teams for seamless project execution and providing technical support and problem-solving based on building codes and product specifications. Additionally, the estimator will assist fellow estimators and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, while communicating clearly across departments and with clients.
