Requirements

Current California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
One year of leadership experience in an inpatient, outpatient, or relevant setting
Demonstrated experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use conditions, families, and advisory boards
Strong knowledge of State/County mental health systems, regulations, and compliance requirements
Ability and willingness to travel extensively across California (75–90%)

Responsibilities

Manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of an assigned program on an interim basis
Ensures regulatory compliance
Actively oversees quality assurance and performance improvement
Provides clinical leadership
