System Reliability Test Engineer

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED, along with preferred experience in mechanical maintenance, Emerson 2140 vibration analyzer and AMS MHM software, and compliance support. They should also have knowledge of safe and compliant operation of internal combustion engines, reciprocating/screw compressors, gas turbines, pumps, motors, and gearboxes, as well as the ability to apply mathematical skills and communicate effectively.
The Reliability Technician will operate diagnostic programs such as vibration analysis, compressor/engine analysis, ultrasonic analysis, infrared scanning, and thermography to gather data on operating machinery and equipment. They will analyze collected data, report findings to leadership, and issue work orders in the CMMS. Additionally, the technician will assist in interpreting data, maintain and calibrate analysis equipment, and support maintenance personnel in equipment alignment, troubleshooting, service, and repair, while also attending training courses and maintaining availability for overtime and call-outs.
