Responsibilities

Faciliter la bonne mise en œuvre du train en collaboration avec les Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters et parties prenantes
Préparer et animer les PI Planning (PIPL)
Animer les instances SAFe du train (PO Sync, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos…)
Identifier et gérer les dépendances, risques et obstacles impactant la réalisation des objectifs du train
Être force de proposition pour améliorer le fonctionnement global du train et les pratiques d’agilité à l’échelle
Favoriser la transparence, la communication et l’alignement entre les équipes
Encourager et faciliter l’amélioration continue (suivi des rétrospectives PI, initiatives d’optimisation des processus)
