Responsibilities

The Release Train Engineer will orchestrate the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure smooth value delivery, aligning teams and PI plans with business goals. Responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships, identifying and resolving dependencies and risks, driving a continuous flow of value by managing the feature backlog, and ensuring strategic alignment by connecting ART work to portfolio strategy. The role involves tracking and visualizing progress using Jira, facilitating key SAFe events like PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt workshops, and documenting processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
