Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or similar
  • Experience in software integration
  • At least 3 years of experience in the delivery of software programs
  • At least 3 years of experience working directly with customers
  • Very good knowledge of software configuration tools like git/gerrit
  • Experience with agile development techniques
  • Experience with globally distributed teams
  • Experience with collaboration with team of software development’s Engineers, Project Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, System Leads and Architects
  • Knowledge of SW quality processes (e.g. Automotive SPICE)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Additional Background Preferences
  • Familiarity with Automotive SPICE
  • Able to cultivate strong relationships within APTIV across all engineering and program management
  • Experience with SDLC tools such as JIRA, requirements management tools, and configuration management tools
  • Familiarity with software test frameworks and platforms like Cunit, GoogleTest, VectorCast

Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordination of the engineering activities which are necessary for each software release
  • Work closely with stakeholders across global teams to overcome obstacles in meeting program deliverables on time with quality
  • Create of documentation necessary for release
  • Align Release schedule internally and externally
  • Verify and Approve System/Software reports
  • Ensure software quality goals are met
  • Create and maintain Jira structures to ensure timely deliveries
  • Cooperate with Product Management to create and maintain Feature Rollout Plan
  • Support Product Management to maintain product backlog
  • Lead process to track/plan and mitigate existing Problems and Risks
  • Follow the Automotive SPICE Release processes
  • Actively participate in technical innovation and organization programs
