Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a science field, ideally in Nutrition, Biology, Food Science, or Chemistry, and a minimum of five years of professional program management experience in regulatory compliance and quality management systems. Prior professional experience interpreting and applying complex regulations is required, along with a strong understanding of FDA/USDA food formulation, claims, labeling regulations, and the Federal Trade Commission.

Responsibilities

The Regulatory Compliance Manager will assure all formulations are compliant with regulations, certifications, and claims, create final Nutrition Facts Panels (NFPs) using Flavor Studio software, conduct thorough reviews of new packaging proofs, collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and compliant product information, manage claims compliance substantiation, and oversee the Quality Management System Policy and documentation. They will also monitor legislative changes, manage change requests, and support department peers and external partners, as well as perform other duties as assigned.
