Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting above the head
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (Stock/Logistics only)

Responsibilities

Engage and create relationships with customers in a setting inspired by Hawaii’s vibrant fashion and unique culture
Inspire customers to explore their unique style and create memorable experiences
Drive earnings by achieving sales goals through styling and curating content on digital platforms (inclusive of text and social media)
Work together with team to keep the department customer ready, including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
Be flexible to occasionally perform work/duties in a department other than the one hired into
