Requirements

  • Post-secondary education
  • Strong attention to detail with an accurate typing speed of 40wpm
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve, research, and follow instructions
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate analytical and judgment skills for moderately complex procedures
  • Ability to perform under pressure, including operational changes, high volume, and tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of Provincial Real Property search
  • Knowledge of Provincial Corporate and Bank Act Services
  • Knowledge of relevant Provincial websites
  • Overall experience with MS Office and ability to navigate through website content and various applications
  • Customer service experience (an asset)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment (an asset)

Responsibilities

  • Process client requests in various Registries across Canada and USA within service level agreements
  • Conduct all Search and Registration activities adhering to client service level agreements and benchmarked processing turnaround times
  • Send and receive Provincial Registrations
  • Perform Data Entry of Manual Registrations (where applicable)
  • Handle Weekly Billing and Invoice Generation
  • Complete and upload EFT Files for payment
  • Use internal/external applications to monitor queues and process transactions in priority sequence, following all processes and procedures
  • Accurately process billing of client requests, adhering to client fee schedules and Government disbursements
  • Perform daily tasks and duties adhering to processing standards while maintaining accuracy and company compliance
  • Answer calls promptly and respond to clients in a professional manner
  • Participate in continuous improvement with a focus on service excellence
  • Provide assistance to co-workers and clients as required, escalate issues, and identify efficiencies
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, services, or programs
  • Display a positive attitude to change and innovation, willingly take on new challenges, and demonstrate reliable quality and service excellence
  • Suggest and support operational enhancements to support work efficiency
  • Stay aware of changing customer needs and expectations, share insights, and contribute to planning processes
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, use effective judgment in balancing customer and company needs
  • Manage individual tasks while staying aware of broader team priorities and take accountability for delivering on individual objectives
