Requirements

Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP), in good standing
Previous pharmacy experience in a fast-paced or mail-order environment is an asset
Attention to detail and precision in labelling, documentation, and inventory handling
Comfortable using pharmacy systems (Kroll) and strong computer literacy
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
Works collaboratively and efficiently in a team environment; adaptable and proactive
Committed to following safety procedures and fostering a safe workspace

Responsibilities

Conduct final package verification to ensure prescriptions are prepared, labeled, and packaged accurately and in compliance with pharmacy standards
Maintain and update patient profiles, medication records, and prescription histories in accordance with privacy and regulatory requirements, practicing to scope to ensure data accuracy and correct prescription fulfillment
Support pharmacists in processing prescriptions and addressing patient or prescriber inquiries
Assist with inventory management, including tracking levels, restocking, and coordinating orders with wholesalers or manufacturers
Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant dispensary environment in accordance with NAPRA and Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) regulations
Contribute to quality control processes and pharmacy documentation
Support packaging supply management and help keep workflows moving efficiently across teams
