Current Registered Nurse license
Clinical experience
Direct experience/exposure to anticoagulation management or homecare preferred
Health education training experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Completion of assigned educational prerequisites
Proof of health screening documentation
Successful completion of consumer report (background check) and pre-employment drug screening
Computer and smart device proficiency
Own a personal laptop or desktop computer (if needed) and access to a printer
Proficient in basic website and application troubleshooting using smart device
Ability to travel a minimum of 100 miles roundtrip

Responsibilities

Remotely set up training appointments directly with the customer/caregiver
Travel to the customer's home setting within the general geographic location
Demonstrate and instruct the customer and/or caregiver on proper use and care of PT/INR equipment
Explain test reporting options
Communicate and present in a professional manner
Accurately document and submit patient training records electronically
Maintain communications with Acelis Connected Health by cell phone, email, and internet access
Utilize secure encrypted email for communications including customer PHI
Complete web-based and interactive training provided by Acelis Connected Health
