Registered Nurse | Med Surg Unit at Abarca Health

The pay range is $38.94 - $52.74 per hour, with the actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. This is a 0.6 FTE position (48 hours per pay period).

This is an on-site position located in Pipestone, MN, with a rotating schedule of days/evenings/nights/weekends.

Candidates must be a graduate of an approved school of Nursing (BSN preferred), licensed as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota or meeting multi-state licensure requirements, and BLS certified (or obtained within 1 week of hire). Department-specific certifications are required as directed by the manager.

Duties include collecting patient health data, analyzing assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis, identifying expected outcomes, developing and implementing a care plan, and evaluating patient progress and care quality.
