This is an onsite, full-time position requiring 24-36 hours per week with shift options including PM (3:00pm-11:30pm), NOC (11:00pm-7:30am) for 8-hour shifts, and 7:00pm-7:30am for 12-hour shifts.
Candidates need a registered nurse license in good standing from the State Board of Nursing in the state of employment, with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred; American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification (required within 30 days of hire); formal training in management of the aggressive patient (required within 60 days of hire); and previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults is preferred.
The role involves collaborating with Psychiatrist, Therapist, Dietitians, and other members of the clinical team to develop appropriate plans of care.
Strong candidates will have a BSN, current RN licensure in good standing, CPR certification, training in managing aggressive patients, and preferably prior psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults.
