Responsibilities
As a Staff Registered Nurse, the individual will manage Patient Care Technicians, delegating tasks, training, and monitoring direct-patient staff, including LVNs/LPNs and Dialysis Assistants, while assessing care needs and developing assignments to ensure the safe and effective delivery of chronic hemodialysis therapy in accordance with Fresenius Medical Care policies and procedures.
